Call to dump Bill as Pilbara hearing starts
The Federal Court began a seven-week hearing into a native title claim covering the Burrup Peninsula and Millstream National Park last month. It is only the second time a West Australian claim has reached the courts.

Genocide cases have no basis: court
The Federal Court rejected last month the notion that the crime of genocide could be prosecuted in an Australian court.
